This is the second bag I have ordered from this seller. The first was as described very happy. The second was for my daughter as she loved mine. the second bag, however, is nothing like the first despite ordering exactly the same one. The quality of the leather is bad, stiff and orange (horrible) it was a present for her to rake back to university. Hopefully it can be resolved to my satisfaction. Barbara has been in touch and has apologised for the mistake. And is sending a replacement. Couldn't as for a better customer service space!!!
